1. How do I book a cleaning? You can book online anytime through our Book a Cleaning page, request a quote, or call/text us at 860-337-3166. 2. How far in advance should I schedule? We recommend scheduling at least 3–5 days in advance. Same-week appointments may be available depending on current workload. 3. What is your cancellation policy? We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. 4. How long will my cleaning take? Cleaning durations vary based on home size, condition, and selected service. We can provide an estimated time with your quote.

1. What's the difference between general cleaning and deep cleaning? General cleaning covers routine upkeep such as dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms. Deep cleaning targets buildup in hard-to-reach areas, including baseboards, behind appliances, grout, corners, and detailed scrubbing. 2. Do you offer move-in/move-out cleanings? Yes — we offer full property turnover cleanings including inside appliances, cabinets, drawers, baseboards, and more to prepare the home for new occupancy. 3. Is laundry service included with cleaning? Laundry is available as an add-on service or as a standalone pickup & delivery service. We wash, dry, fold, and return your laundry using premium supplies. 4. Do you clean windows? Yes — we clean interior windows as an add-on or standalone service. At the moment, we do not offer exterior window cleaning.

1. How much does cleaning cost? Pricing depends on home size, condition, service type, and frequency. We provide a custom quote after reviewing your details through our Get a Quote form. 2. Do you offer discounts? Yes — we offer new client promotions, recurring service discounts, and special seasonal offers throughout the year. 3. Do cleaners receive tips? Yes, and 100% of tips go directly to the cleaner. Though completely optional, tips are always appreciated.

1. Do you bring a vacuum and mop? Yes — our cleaners bring a vacuum, mop, and all essential cleaning tools needed for your service. If you prefer that we use your equipment, just let us know and we are happy to accommodate. 2. What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning? We want you to love every cleaning. If something was missed or not completed to your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we will gladly return to address it at no extra charge. 3. Can I include add-ons (fridge, oven, windows, etc.)? Absolutely. You can customize your cleaning with add-ons such as interior fridge cleaning, oven cleaning, interior windows, baseboards, and more. Add-ons can be requested during booking or when requesting a quote. 4. How do I prepare for my cleaning? To help us clean efficiently, we recommend picking up personal items, toys, laundry, and clutter from floors and surfaces. This allows our cleaners to focus fully on detailed cleaning rather than organizing. If you need help tidying or organizing, we also offer Housekeeping Services. 5. Do you clean homes with pets? Yes — we are pet-friendly! If you have special instructions regarding your pets, or if they need to be secured during the cleaning, just let us know. Our cleaners are trained to work safely and respectfully around pets. 6. Are your products pet-safe and kid-safe? Yes. We use cleaners that are effective yet safe for children, pets, and the environment. If you have sensitivities or product preferences, we can also use your preferred supplies upon request. 7.
