Maids of Hartford's Cancellation Policy

At Maids of Hartford LLC, we value your time and ours. To maintain reliable scheduling and provide consistent service to all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy.

1. Standard Cancellation Notice

Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

Cancellations made with proper notice will not incur a fee.
2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late cancellations disrupt our schedule and impact our service providers’ availability.
3. No-Shows & Access Issues

Failure to be present or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show.

No-shows may result in a full or partial service charge.
4. Same-Day Changes

Same-day rescheduling requests are treated as late cancellations and may incur a fee.

We cannot guarantee availability for same-day rescheduling.
5. Recurring Clients

Recurring clients are still subject to the 24-hour cancellation requirement.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of recurring service privileges.
6. Weather & Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen.

Severe weather or documented emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please notify us as soon as possible if an emergency arises.
7. Our Commitment to You
If Maids of Hartford LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances:

We will notify you as early as possible.

You will not be charged.

We will make every effort to reschedule promptly.
8. Agreement to Policy
By booking a service with Maids of Hartford LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
