Service Description
Our Free In-Home Consultation allows us to walk through your home together, understand your priorities, and accurately assess the scope of work. During the visit, we’ll review your space, discuss service options, identify any special requests, and answer your questions. This ensures transparent pricing and a cleaning plan tailored specifically to your home, with no obligation to book.
You can cancel our service anytime at-will as we also bear the right to refuse service provision to you for any reason. Cancellations can be done by contacting our office (860) 337-3166 or via email support@maidsofhartford.com. Cancellations done 48hrs or less will incur a Late Fee of $75.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is free with more than 24 hours’ notice. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation will incur a $50 fee. Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show: Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged $50.
