About the Role
Identifies and pursues new business opportunities and clients.
Builds and maintains relationships with existing clients.
Develops marketing strategies to promote the cleaning services.
Starting Pay: $30/hr
Shift: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30am to 5:30pm (there is room for flexibility)
Requirements
Education:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
Experience working in a small business or startup environment is advantageous.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the cleaning industry, including knowledge of cleaning services, equipment, and industry standards.
Understanding of the local market and competition.
Networking Skills:
Strong networking skills to build relationships with potential clients, local businesses, and industry partners.
Ability to represent the company at networking events and industry gatherings.
Sales Experience:
Demonstrated success in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in consultative selling and understanding customer needs.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of the cleaning services.
Ability to create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Customer Focus:
Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.

Effective negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts.
