Does the company provide the cleaning products and equipment needed for the service I book?Yes. We provide all the necessary equipment and supplies to perform and complete any of our offered services.

Does Maids of Hartford use Eco-Friendly products or products safe for pets?Yes. At client's request.

May I request Specific Products or Equipment to be used as part of the service I book?Yes. You can request a particular product and if we do have it in our inventory, we'll be more than happy to facilitate your request. Otherwise, if we don't have the requested product or equipment, you will have to provide it.

How many Professional Cleaners per service?It varies. Based on the type of service, workload and time.

Do I need to be home or at the specified service location when Maids of Hartford cleaning team arrive or throughout the cleaning process?No and No. We do require that we have clear instructions on how to get into premises. Please communicate instructions upon booking service.

Does Maids of Hartford accept tips for Professional Cleaners?Yes, we accept tips

How do I get on your recurring cleaning schedule?You will need to get out "Initial Cleaning Service" prior to getting on our schedule. You first recurring cleaning needs to be scheduled within 30 days of your Initial Cleaning with us.

Does your Professional Cleaners speak and understand English?Yes, all our Professional Cleaners speak and understand English.

Do you offer additional services?Yes, we offer additional services. Window Cleaning, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, Laundry Service, Tile and Grout Cleaning and more!

Whats the soonest I can book a service for?You can book Same Day service, if any slots are available. You can book as soon as within the next 2 hours, based on availability.

Do you provide linens for Airbnb or Vacation Homes?Yes. Based on the client's requirement, we can provide linen, towels, bath mat, toiletries, etc.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 72 hours notice. There is a fee, if notice is given less than 72 hours before scheduled service.
